LOCATION: Jerusalem's is a relatively short 1/2 mile walk south on Nicollet Ave from the Doubletree (across from Target HQ). That said, this is NOT 'on the mall' and the overall feel of the neighborhood changed after I got south of the Millenium Hotel on Nicollet. It's not in a bad neighborhood, but it's not as well-trafficked as the mall area, so if you are out walking alone like I was, you might feel safer if you go while it's still light out. Or, take the bus... it's very easy!
FOOD: The food was tasty and the servings were big! I keep gluten-free and had no trouble here, but be mindful that this is a middle eastern restaurant and there is pita everywhere. It's easy to get a meal sans bread, but not so easy for them to avoid cross-contamination issues. Be sure to talk to the staff. They were pretty knowledgeable.
PRICES: These guys are on restaurant.com, for those of you who use that site for coupons.
I got my order to go and the wait time was about 25 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I walked out the door. They were pretty busy while I was there and there is minimal seating by the door, so if you order 'To Go', try to call it in ahead of time.
I'll definitely be going back again the next time I'm in MSP.
