In Minneapolis on business with an associate who was away from home on her birthday - how to lift her spirits? Gotta find a place with good food and quirky, fun atmosphere - couldn't have asked for better than Victor's. Folks who live in this neighborhood are lucky to have a spot like this to walk to. Warmly greeted by the staff and shown to a colorful albeit small dining room (no big crowds here - but is that a bad thing?). Noise level while lively was not over-bearing. All guests were clearly enjoying their experience as we did. I'll be back.
