“Best Pasta EVER! A must in the Twin Cities!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2013

On our trip to MN we wanted to visit some of Triple D's recommended restaurants, this is one of the most highly recommended places to have dinner. The pasta is made daily! The pizza is to die for! You should try the bruschetta for appetizer whatever kind they have is going to be excellent. This family run restaurant really brings a taste of Italy to the twin cities! You absolutely must try the gnocchi! If you are in the mood for a family kind of area try the restaurant across the street same owners! They also sell pasta and lots of other stuff. My only suggestion is that you don't go when it is really hot because I am unsure if they have A/C. Also the wine bar doesn't sell pasta outside most of the time, the night we were there so was one of the sons who owns the place. He was there dining with his family and gave us 15% off of dinner cause it was so hot out. He couldn't control the weather, but just this alone makes me want to go there every time I visit the twin cities

“Absolutely my favorite Italian meal ever...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 2, 2013

A wonderful dining experience...the pasta is FRESH and cooked properly, the choices varied and the service was friendly. We had two children in our party and they were treated so nicely and enjoyed their special ice cream treat at the end of their meal. I cannot tell you when I have EVER had a better spaghetti carbonara. Others in the party had the spaghetti aglio olio, fettucine bolognese, gnocci, spaghetti with meatballs....all pronounced their choices to be excellent. The appetizers are so good that some of us said we could order them for our meal .. the calamari and the salt cod were our choices...YUM. Yes, as some have said, we did have to wait, but it was so well worth the wait. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the Twin Cities. Oh yes, the bill was pleasant also!!

“Very good Italian and good ambience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013

Ate w/2 toddlers and 3 adults at Broders and had a wonderful experience. Good attentive service and accomodating for little children. Excellent sauces and good homemade pasta and the bread was also good. Nothing bad to comment on at all. Would recommend for anyone traveling or living in Minneapolis.

“Great pasta for sure!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2013 via mobile

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. The chef is very creative. Many great dishes. My only comment is the wait. We call ahead and many times still wait an hour for a table. We've given up going here for this reason. There's a very narrow hallway to wait. Just not acceptable. It's a bit better in the summer months with the outdoor patio.
