Had a Friday night meal with my wife and daughter. The restaurant is visually very appealing. The wait staff was available when ever we needed them. We began with three starters - I would strongly suggest items off the dumpling menu. They were a wonderful surprise. The steak selection covered grass fed, natural and prime. We went off the natural selection and the meat was very good. We had their potato wedges which I would also highly recommend. I like the fact that Burch was able to do a steak restaurant that is different then the big names. No whopper steaks and sides that could feed a small village. We finished with deserts which were excellent. We have added Burch to our regular rotation of wonderful dining here in the Twin Cities. We are looking forward to trying the Pizza side next.
