“Beautiful scenery!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2013

St. Anthony Falls is the only waterfall on the Mississippi River. The falls themselves are beautiful and the views from the stone arch bridge are nice as well.

“Ice waterfall or ice Mississippi River ? Both awesome”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2013

Well, when I walk on the bridge and the wind really chills me to the bone, but the scene is beautiful , I could see all the Mississippi river is iced and even the waterfall... Ok, there are still some water there. People could take a walk there and I think it's a nice location to be visited.

“Ever seen waterfalls on the Mississippi?”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2013

No? Then visit the park down by the river, check out the falls, the ruins of century old flour mills and the oldest river spanning rail bridge in the U.S. Great photo ops of downtown as well as the falls themselves. Do be aware of bikes, skaters, etc. as they are on the bridge as well. We hit the bridge around dusk and it was spectacular.

“Watch The Might Mississippi Just Keep Rolling On”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2013

We stayed in a gorgeous apartment over looking this with awesome views of the downtime skyline and great people watching on Main Street. You can just watch the river for ages and never cease to be amazed where all that water comes from. If you get a chance stroll across the lovely Stone Arch bridge.

“Great area for walking”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

The views are so amazing here. It's worth the time to walk around boom and nicollet islands. The old train bridges and the falls are epic.
