“Uptown Noodle Cafe”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2012

If you're heading to the Lagoon movie theater, the hip cafe with orange door is on the same side of Lagoon Ave and, in addition to great Asian food, offers a full bar. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our noodles: red curry and beef; dear husband's pad thai with shrimp; chicken curry and a red veg curry. They have happy hour specials - Sundays greyhounds for $3, etc. The fresh egg rolls looked amazing and I will definitely order them next time. Great for families also - very casual, nice modern decor and prompt service. Most entrees under $14. Open late.

“Really cool space, great happy hour”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2011

We had a group at Kinsen for an early dinner after a nearby show. It's a beautiful, very cool space and we hit their early happy hour. Great appetizers, especially the spring rolls, which can often be bland at Thai restaurants. The food is not all that spicy so ask if you like it really spiced. Happy hour is both early and later on in the evening and the location is great.
