Found this restaurant on Trip Advisor listed as one of the top restaurants in Minneapolis. It is a great example of the "Minnesota Cool. New Nordic." restaurants in Minneapolis. It was just featured on the cover of the Mpls/St Paul magazine. The service was great, our waiter outdid himself being sure we enjoyed our entire dining experience. Atmosphere was casual and fun. The wine list was diverse. There is an interesting spin on half bottles of wine. You can order any bottle of wine and they will pour you only half of it. The other half is listed on a chalk board for others to purchase. You do not pay a premium for this service. Great way to try new wines. The menu has Appetizers and Toasts as well as Entrees. We had the Carrot Smoked Pork Shoulder Toast which was amazing. Our favorite dish of the entire night. Then an excellent Beef Tartare Toast. The Toast dishes are meant to be shared. We then had the Market Fish which was well presented. Also had a side of parsnips which was also excellent. All in all this restaurant is correctly listed as one of the top places to eat in Minneapolis.
