We returned to this hotel for a night, a belated Valentine visit. My husband wanted to have me arrive to champagne and roses, so he stopped by earlier to see if the staff would put them in our room, and they were most accomodating.
We did have an issue with the TV remote not working when we first arrived (and the TV wouldn't work without the remote), and a problem with the wireless. We called the front desk, and both problems were fixed within 15 minutes.
We've been a a few HIlton Garden Inns now, and they've always been very pleasant experiences. The style and furniture in the room have a simple but posh feel to them, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the staff is attentive. We will continue to frequent this chain!
