Stayed for two nights. Solo traveller. Here's the quick and dirty.
This is a nice hotel with a distinctive feel. Rooms are small but clean. There is an extra charge for internet (~ $10/24 hrs), separate charge for using the safe in the room and parking is about $30 per night (however, I was told that street parking - if you're not concerned about safety in the downtown area - is free). The gyn is 24 hours and requires card access. Treadmills, ellipticals, machine weights, apples, water and headphones available for use.
Hotel is in the heart of downtown. Plenty to do for those looking to dine, socialize or watch a play or a movie. Public transport (tram) is across the road, easy access.
About 15 minutes to the airport and Mall of America.
I would not recommend this hotel for travelers with kids but solo or couples will have a decent stay.
Front desk staff is very helpful.

We stayed here for our 6 year wedding anniversary and were so pleased! I got a great deal on the room through hotwire.com and they gave us free breakfast for our anniversary :-) The hotel is also within walking distance of some great restaurants and good shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay downtown and will venture to do so for future anniversaries as well :-)

Gorgeous hotel to stay at! Top of the line everything! Great for business travelers. Stayed here with some friends and we had a blast. The rooms are perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is in downtown so great to walk around if you have the time. There is valet service if you prefer or if you are cheap like us you park around the corner at a parkade! Nothing bad to say about this place at all. I would highly recommend staying here.

A decent hotel with more personality than your average Marriott that's right off the light rail's "Hiawatha" line. The front desk staff was very personable and they had a decent in-house restaurant/cocktail lounge, always a plus to not have to venture out for dinner. My room looked directly into an office window, which was ~20' away (the width of an alley), which made it feel a bit confining. Little things could have been improved: add another hook or towel rack in the bathroom; move the shower valve or the rainshower head so you can turn the water on and bring it to a comfortable temp without getting drenched. Watch out for room service - after 2 tries they still couldn't produce the simple pasta with garlic, olive oil, and fresh seasonal vegetables that was described on the menu.
