Barrio has a downtown, swanky feel. The beautiful bar is the focal point of the restaurant with it's dark woods and back wall lined with tequila bottles and various other liquors.
The service wasn't good or bad, it just was. Our server lacked personality, but was prompt and attentive.
Nothing over-the-top, but definitely made it enticing enough to immediately dig in.
The food was good. It wasn't a "dream about it during my work day" kind of meal, but the flavors were good and I wouldn't mind going back.
Value for Dollar
Most people go to Barrio for their tequila and guac, it's not because it's economical. I found the food to be a little over-priced for an after work happy hour.
