This restaurant is situated just off Hwy 71 on the golf course of the same name. The huge log building is quite impressive as you drive in. It was taco night on our visit. The taco's were moderately priced, especially when you see what you were getting. Two very large ones for $5. They came on a flat bread type shell and were loaded with meat. The regular menu also was a meat lover's dream and the portion sizes were a fit for Paul Bunyan country.
There was no wine or beer list, nor was one included on the menu. When asked, the waitress seemed surprised to receive a wine request commenting that they had Merlot and Cabernet.
The taste was nothing special, reminiscent of a Sunday buffet in a rural MN restaurant, where eating a lot is the main objective.
