This is another a well run, budget hotel in Maple Grove, catering mainly for the business traveller. It is located off a major freeway. Very few shops and restaurants nearby.
The service is generally high. The rooms are large and well equiped. The fitness room is somewhat small, and limited.
Generally, while in business in Maple Grove (4 times a year in my case), I prefer to stay in Minneapolis city centre, Marquette or Marriott. However, if I need to stay in Maple Grove itself (good idea in winter), the Holiday Inn is the best in town. This is next in my view, because of the lesser location (no shops or restaurants nearby etc..)
