It was a late Saturday afternoon. There were 4 of us, and we wanted a place to eat that had a variety of food, not pizza, or fast food, Mexican or Chinese. We used our trusty smart phone to locate a restaurant on our way to Red Wing and found Wiederholt's Supper Club. Right away, we all said YES, let's try it. It was about 15 minutes down the road from where we were at this point. We were not disappointed, so glad we found this little, well not so little, gem. When we drove up, we said, this is exactly what we wanted. It’s a very nostalgic building. Food was excellent, 3 of us had steaks, and the other had the salmon. They even had a relish tray and warm bread before the meal. The service was superb. And you could tell the other patrons were repeat visitors, as it felt very comfortable there; like everyone were friends, and enjoying their time and meals. The atmosphere was definitely a supper club feel and era, from the cash register to the bar stools. We loved it. We will definitely go again.
