We picked this B&B and Faribault because of the owners and we wanted to take a road trip to Faribault. The B&B was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Tami and Doug know Faribault history and what to do in town. We had a great time and the best part was sitting on the main floor of the B&B with my girlfriends, sipping wine and catching up. The home is gorgeous and very comfortable. Rooms were darling and beds were fantastic. I would go again.

My husband and I have been staying at B & B's for the past 30 years, so it seemed only fitting that family would stay at the Hutchinson House in Faribault to celebrate his life in the town he grew up in. The house was all dolled up for Halloween- and what a house it is! The hosts Tami and Doug were easy going and engaging, the rooms terrific and clean, and oh the food; we were stuffed with a wonderful variety (Don't worry Tami, I won't give away the secret of the cranberry juice.) And lest I forget, there is a special Butler! We could not have been more pleased with the whole experience!

A quick trip to Minnesota for only 2 nights. The Historic Hutchinson House Bed and Breakfast was recommended. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Tami and Doug were great hosts and the breakfast on the weekends is excellent. The room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable, Tami and Doug are the 7th owners and the 2nd to operate the house as a B&B. The history of the house was very interesting as well. Great place to stay. Their dog Butler was very friendly to strangers.

The hosts were so accommodating. We requested an early check in and they were so gracious to accept our request. The room was great and the jet tub was absolutely incredible!
The breakfast was delicious, but not as filling as other B & B's. The conversations with fellow guests was so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this B & B to our friends.
