It was soggy, with skins left on, smothered with excessive amounts of cheese- very Little of it Parmesan. The eggplant slices were cut way too thinly so that all one tasted was The grease and cheese. Herbs were missing. How disappointing! My friend had The chop salad, which, other than the excess peperonici, looked OK. The Blue Plate Chef needs to do a refresher course here!
