“Top notch service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 20, 2013

Every person that was working at this motel during our stay were very accommodating and friendly. Room was nice and clean bed was very comfortable. Shower head had the best pressure of any motel I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was very good with better than average selection. Bus load of students were eating at the same time we were and the young girl working in the breakfast area did an awesome job restocking everything and cleaning up after everyone. Thanks to everyone for a great experience!

This hotel was clean, both the common areas and our room. The beds were very comfortable. Nice furnishings. There was a refrigerator included at no extra charge. The free breakfast was also very good and the room rates were very reasonable ($79). What else do you want?

I will start this by saying that I'm a VERY hard-to-please person. So, getting a 5-star from me is speaking volumes.
Every encounter I had with an employee was above and beyond pleasant. Everyone seemed happy to help - not just because it's what was expected of them by their employer.
We had one issue with the fan not working in our bathroom. They were unable to fix it, and, even though I didn't make a big deal about it, they treated it as a major issue (which, it can be over time if not repaired). They apologized profusely, offered to let me switch rooms (we declined) and offered compensation even though I didn't even hint towards it. The fact that I was inconvenienced in the slightest way seemed like a huge concern to them.
I received an email shortly after I returned home apologizing for not getting the fan fixed. Generally, once the guest leaves, they're done. Not so in this case. They wanted to be sure they didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth. Just the opposite, actually.
We also requested that housekeeping not enter our room. So, when we had returned from the day's activities, the housekeeper ran down the hall way to catch up with us to try to give us new towels (we already had new towels). I was impressed by his desire to make sure we were taken care of. So Yes! I would return in a heart beat!!!!!
Just a side note: breakfast was so-so. Nothing special but it was free and it filled the pit.

Clean and comfortable with very accommodating helpful staff. My husband and I booked for a weekend away. The staff was fabulous (can't stress that enough). The hotel was very clean and well tended to.
Breakfast had a nice selection as well as good quality. The only drawback was a team of college girls. They were quiet and pleasant, but the breakfast attendant could not keep up, which limited our selections. I will say that the breakfast attendant was working double time, perhaps they just needed a second attendant that day. The second morning breakfast was well stocked.
Great stay, will be back :)

Room Tip: Our room faced the parking lot, but was quiet and peaceful. The way the hotel is situated, I would h...

This is a nice hotel with the right amenities without being overpriced. I would stay again.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant on site, but they do have a good breakfast bar.

Also... the exercise area is really non-existent, but I wasn't looking for exercise on this trip!

Spent 3 nights here over school break. It was amazingly quiet with the exception of a couple of jerk truckers using jake brakes. The staff was very friendly and things were clean. Breakfast selection was amazing and the hostess was very accommodating when we showed up as she was about to start clearing it. My only complaint was that even though we were gone for several hours our room had not been made up when we got back. I should have specifically requested it when we left, but didn't, so I can take my share of the responsibility for that.
The pool area was clean and quiet (except for MY kids). The hot tub was more like a luke-warm tub, but that was actually fine with us.
Again, have to mention that the staff was friendly and courteous. Thanks for making our stay pleasant!

Room Tip: Be sure to request a room facing the parking lot for an extra quiet stay.

Friendly and helpful staff with customer service priority. Our room was missing a luggage rack and Samantha found 1 immediately, delivered it to the room and made thoughtful nearby dining recommendations. Ideal location for a base to explore the Mall of America, Cabelas, casinos and the Arbor Lake mall areas. Close to Eden Prairie shopping mall, grocery, Target store and dining options. 10 minutes from Mall of America, IKEA and airport. Updated decor. Clean, spacious modern room in soothing blue/green colors with firm beds and large showers. Generous hot breakfast in a charming dining room with waffle maker, oatmeal pot, fruit, eggs and sausage and staff attention to detail. WI-FI. Laundry facilities. Indoor pool. Computer area. Fitness area. Our favorite place to stay on our annual trip to the Twin Cities. Other guests remarked that this is a favorite place for return visits due to the level of service, staff friendliness, amenities and generous hot breakfast. Close to many attractions but away from airport noise. Access to parking lot a little tricky since location is near other hotels but plenty of available parking.
