I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have never been disappointed. A little on the pricey side, but the value justifies the price. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Select @ MSP also, which is nice, but for a few dollars more the better value is the Crown Plaza.

Food at the hotel is very good, and there are some good restaurants near by. I recommend Granite City Brewery just down the road. Micro-brew with decent beers. Tell Tony I said hi.

We have taken advantage of the Crowne Plaza Eagan's Park and Stay package twice now. I can honestly say that on the first visit, I was astounded by the room and the service. Those impressions were exceeded by the second visit. This hotel totally rocks! The attention to detail is impressive, and I travel frequently. What I love: 4 pillows on a bed topped by a down comforter, a clip for the shade to keep out itinerant light, a night-light in the bathroom (I usually have to leave a bright light on, so I so appreciated this), a sleep package consisting of linen spray, eye mask and ear plugs. And the staff is extraordinary. I just can't say enough nice things about this place, its people and its amenities. Go here before anywhere else!

I've traveled internationally for 10 years and stayed in many 5 star hotels. The Crown Plaza outside of Minneapolis is the best sleep, BY FAR, I have ever had in a hotel. Great beds, great pillows, and they must have some special flooring because it was amazingly quiet.

Food and service were above average. The atmosphere is very cozy. And they have the best hotel pool and suana I have seen in a long time.

I regularly stay at this hotel for business. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the airport. The staff are fine, the rooms clean and very comfortable. Free high speed wireless internet that works fantastic. Buffet breakfast is good (not included). Shuttle bus will take you to the airport or to the Mall of America if you wish. This hotel is a good choice for a business traveller, or even a leisure traveller.
