The cups in the room were dirty. When we put water in the coffee cups and poured them out it looked like coffee...which we hadn't made any coffee during our stay. The room was a bit run down and this hotel needs a good update. The pool was ice cold and not very child or stroller friendly- large stairs up to pool entrance.

“Not what the Radisson is supposed to be”

We had called earlier in the week before we left to see if any rooms were available during our stay and were told there was a convention and there were no rooms. When we drove into Duluth on Friday night we decided to have dinner at the restaurant on top (I've already left a terrible review for that place) afterwards we decided to try our luck and see if anything was available. They did in fact have a room available with a decent view for a really discounted price.

The room was small, the beds were small and even though they are the new Sleep Number beds no matter what setting we put them on they were totally uncomfortable. The air conditioner was set on full blast all night and no where did I find somewhere to turn it off. You can't close the blinds so you wake up early with the sun even if you don't want to. The shower has little to no water pressure and the tub doesn't drain well.

It was clean but very obviously well used and it was beginning to show it's age. And my biggest pet peeve of all. No plastic cups. Just glass cups with little Radisson toppers on them. I've seen the stories and I just will not drink out of something that sits in that room for every customer. Ick.

We checked out and were glad to. Spent Saturday night at the Comfort Suites and it was 10 times what the Radisson was.

Booked this Hotel through Hotwire for $59 a night over the Holiday weekend.

Read a few of the reviews on here before we arrived so I was skeptical, but I arrived early (1:15) and was greeted and given my room right away.

I was given a room in the Round Tower section, 3 rd floor with a view of the Lake/Bridge.

Great View, for the time I spent in the room.

Nice size room, Clean, even had Sleep number Beds.

We went to dinner the first night to the Top of the Harbor on the 15th floor, the Restaurant actually turns as you are sitting, giving you a 360 degree view of Duluth, and what views they are.

Dinner was good, my wife had the Pan Seared Walleye, I had Pork Chops, both were delicious, the service was great.

Breakfast the next morning wasn't as good, food wasn't that good, and the service was disorganized.

Courtesy Van was nice when we got stuck a few miles away in a Thunderstorm, they came and picked us up.

We had a great experience in Duluth, and I would recommend this Hotel if you are going to Duluth.

“Great Hotel!”

Radisson Hotel Duluth-Harborview

Apr 10, 2008

I stayed in March with 2 girlfriends for a weekend away. We got a room with 2 double beds smoking. The room was bright and clean. The sleep number beds were great. The room didnt even smell like smoke that much. We contacted the desk to get the heat working and they came right up to help. The desk staff was great with reccomendations of what to do and provided us with info about the skywalk system (which was awesome!). Parking was not a problem. When we checked in we also each got a free drink at thier lounge on the lower level. Overall a great stay! The only downs were no free breakfast and slow elevators.

Spent 4 nights on a business trip to Duluth and had a faultless stay at the Radisson Harbor View. The rooms were big, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel has a revolving restaurant on the top floor with great panoramic views. The food was also good. Staff were professional and courteous at all times.
