We stayed in Dream Catcher (#4), which has an unobstructed, fantastic view of Duluth, Lake Superior and the harbor. The villa itself is unique, comfortable and has everything you would expect. The bed was comfy, the Jacuzzi was relaxing and the kitchenette was well stocked (including a dishwasher). The carpet in this particular unit could use a good cleaning or replacement, and a little attention to some minor upkeep, but otherwise the unit was very clean and cozy. We don't ski so can't comment as to the slopes and ski access, but we rode the haunted alpine slide and had a nice walk around the grounds. There is a second, new chalet at the bottom of Spirit Mountain that offers a limited, but unique menu. You don't have to ski in order to enjoy yourself at the Villas.
