i booked a room, asking for lakeside, ended up getting an outside access room only(BRRRRRR, going to the stairs to walk forever for breakfast and the water park. Went to get pizza(VERY expensive pizza) and it took like an hour to get to the front, to find out they don't accept credit cards(so we ordered pizza hut instead, faster and cheaper) got to be in the water park for only 1/2 hr before they closed(would have been longer if we didn't have to wait so long just to ask if they accept credit cards,no sign saying anything)... room was very small.. no info about local things to do, places to eat, so on.. toilet was GROSS!! no one came to clean the room the 2nd day.. wasn't happy with this stay
