Our waitress really, really tried to provide good service but the understaffed kitchen provided barely edible fare despite taking a leisurely one hour and forty-five minutes to fill rather simplistic orders from a small family party of eight in a restaurant that was less than half-filled with patrons. If you have a strong stomach and a high tolerance for grease, order something fried from the menu. I have never waited so long and received so little in return. The management really needs to decide if they are willing to make the effort to run the restaurant side of this business in a professional manner versus just running a bar. It is unfair to put the wait staff in the unenviable position of apologizing to restaurant customers for the shortcomings of the kitchen staff.
