“Vertical Endeavors--Thumbs up”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2013

DON'T CONFUSE VERTICAL ENDEAVORS WITH ADVENTURE ZONE. I read the reviews on Adventure Zone, and yes, it can be fun, but a little lack-luster in enthusiasm by the staff. HOWEVER, Adventure Zone is staffed by many professional climbers who not only have experience, but the passion for climbing. We booked a few hours as something to do on a very un-seasonable HOT day (can be done on a cold day, or rainy day when your outside plans don't pan out), and the 7 kids-teenagers included, had a blast! The staff was always willing to belay for us, even though they have automatic ropes. The kids kept saying how much their arms hurt, but pushing through climbing the walls--some 100 feet high. they had fun, I felt they were safe, the staff was great. Just know that if you bring someone other than your own kid there, the parent or guardian needs to fill out a form, and that is on-line. Kids! Adults! don't pass it up! Nice place to watch from up above.

“Activities for all ages”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2013

Right in the canal area near Lake Superior in an old building is an activity center where it would be difficult not to find something different and fun to do. There is rock climbing, laser tag, baseball cages, putt putt golf, arcade games and yes much more. All indoor activities with a food area so you can spend more time in this spacious environment. A must see if you are in Duluth with children of any age.

“Loved the Laser Tag!”

This is a great place for kids! The laser tag is on 2 levels. They have discounts specials every day.

“Fun”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2013

Nice place to go and get out of the sun and have some fun family time. We enjoyed all the games and golfing. The place is clean and relaxing during the afternoon. I would recommend this to families who want some exercise and time together but want to get out of the hot sun.

“over priced over hyped”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2013

there are cheaper ways to entertain your children. one dollar in gets you two tokens. clean building and place was clean. but the parking to go in this place was to be desired. staff was not really helpful on helping us decide.
