we went to retake video. the staff is so nice and knowalegeable and the exibits are always changing.

We had a free museum pass for all the museums housed in the Depot and this one was the only one we would have paid any money for!!!! Fantastic displays, informative, educational and fun! Great for all ages! It is a shame that this museum seems hidden below the other non-museums in the Depot space. This is the museum they should be advertising and showcasing!! I am guessing that the summer is better because the outside displays are open. We can't wait to return and do the train ride in the fall north! That sounds fun! The shops seemed cramped but they had a good selection of items. Interesting that they were setting up for a wedding reception--would be a gorgeous and fun spot for one! But was still interesting to wander past and around the tables that were set up.

We are not RR enthusiasts but thoroughly enjoyed this experience. One really gets a feel for the size of these machines on wheels. Reading the informative write up put a great prospective on the history of the northwest railroad. I wish the facility was a little more spacious and I thought it was a bit pricey.

Excellent museum but things were very crowded, less exhibits would have made it more enjoyable. Train ride along the lake was really good
