This was our first time to Hong's, although we've been to Crookston many times.
This appears to be a fairly new place, and the decor is bright and clean. You can have your choice of the buffet or ordering from the menu. The buffet is not large but looks appealing and is very reasonably priced. We opted for the menu - Kung Pao chicken was truly outstanding with really fresh vegetables and the right amount of kick. Sesame chicken was sweet - the dish was overall good but the breading was a little much. Fried rice was the only disappointment - a little too much salt and time in the kettle. Portion sizes were gigantic, though, making it an overall very good value for the money. Servers were exceptionally courteous and friendly. You can probably sidestep the unevenness in the menu by opting for the buffet. I expect you'll have an overall great experience here if you do so.
