We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights while visiting valleyfair and the Minnesota zoo. Pool area was nice, water was a little cold in the pool. Hot tub was wonderful.

The hotel also offered a fire pit to light a camp fire in the evenings. (first come first use). Breakfast was limited but o.k. Staff was nice at front desk, the maid service was also friendly, when i indicated we did not need service she offered clean towels. I would stay again.

What is up with Minnesota? Do they know the meaning of good service here?
The hotel is okay; clean, decent sized rooms, etc but avoid the 'Playoffs' bar if
you want decent service. It's way overpriced, and the staff ranges from
inattentive to rude. The beer is okay, and since I am on expenses I didn't care
about cost but if I was visiting I would go elsewhere for food and drink. Then
if you're a light sleeper, the town church bell goes of every QUARTER of an hour
well into the night.

We needed to stay in chaska while we had some repair done to our home. It was right here in town and I did not realize how great of a hotel we have here. The underground parking was great (especially for the winter). They had a gift wraping station for us, free hot coffee and cider all day long. Breakfast was great, having the ommlets, bacon, etc. as an option was great as well. Staff was so friendly. I will definately have my family stay here when they come to visit. Highly recommend!

We had to stay In the Chaska area for a family function. We found the closest hotel which happened to the the Best Western. To our amaze, this was a fantastic hotel to stay at. The staff was the best part, always there for our every need. Patio out back was a very nice touch. Our families will always stay here every spring. Thank you!
