“Nice Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2013

Very nice updated property with friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but others traveling with me did and said it was good. The only "ding" I'd give the hotel is the placement of the fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the bathroom. Not a choice location for them, especially seeing the bathroom is rather small as it is. I'd stay again the next time I'm in Burnsville.

I have to say I book the reservation with low expectation. However, the guest attendant who took my reservation was very kind and professional, which took me by surprise. Then upon arrival at the hotel I was surprised and impressed by its decor and appearance. The staff was kind and helpful. I will gladly stay at this hotel again. I had a better experience here than at many Hiltons and Hamptons.

Mostly good, but had some nitpicky issues. Also a loud obnoxious wedding party kept us awake.

Pros: very friendly staff, citrus water in the lobby, very upscale exercise equipment, discounted rated for MOA attractions, full size towels by the pool, clean pool

Cons: no free breakfast, kitchenette in the bathroom, VERY linty bath towels, no fan in the bathroom, small bathrooms

It was literally snowing lint with the towels each morning! My body was completely covered in white fuzz from the towels! We enjoyed our stay overall and would come back. Hopefully next time there won't be drunk wedding guests ordering pizza to be delivered to the room at 1am. The knocking on the door in the hall and the conversation between the delivery guy and the guest could be heard loud and clear.

This was a business trip for me and I was in town for a week. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and smiles from Jaime & Jesse. Nice restaurant (Morgan's), breakfast, bar, fantastic lobby area, service was excellent especially Jaime & Jesse went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The beds were comfortable, maid service took care of everything including new shampoo when needed. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. The only negative, when I was checking out the young lady at the desk was more focused with her tablet (maybe laptop) instead of providing customer service.

The room that was reserved and confirmed is not what was provided. The front desk staff (An***a) wasn't willing to correct or accommodate the problem; it took talking to a different shift to have the rate corrected (the room wasn’t available)

We stayed in a suite on the private floor. It was nice and quiet, just the way we like it. The room was clean, and the service was friendly. The only issues we had was that the TV cable stopped working and no one took care of it, and there was a pricing problem with one of our family members, which was not resolved by the first staff member, but was resolved by the second.

Excellent accomodations but outstanding staff and service. All were very attuned to making us comfortable and welcome from knowing us by name from the first intro through our goodbye. Great attitude towards guests AND their dogs. We travel frequently and this will be one of best experiences ever even among pricer chains and locales.
