“Favorite hotel in area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2012

An awesome hotel. Friendly staff. Beautful decor. Great location....close to attractions and shopping and restaurants. We have stayed there before and would go back in a heart beat. Highly recommend this hotel. We also appreciated the quietness of the room.

I was very happy with my room, from the very comfy bed and many pillows, to the refrigerator and microwave to the quiet a/c to the large TV. My room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. The price was reasonable and the location was convenient. I would definitely stay again. They did include breakfast, but I did not partake, so I can't say whether it was good or not. Staff was great.

The staff was the friendliest I have met in a hotel in a very long time. They were very accommodating in every way. I have spent 38 years traveling and this was the best experience. Thank you staff at Nicollet inn. gene Burgin

We received excellent rooms and terrific service during our 3 day stay. Great free wifi and clean, comfortable, and luxurious rooms. I did not know Best Western could be like this!

All staff provided great service, but Mitch at the front desk was the most helpful and enthusiastic hotel employee I've experienced.

Room Tip: The 2 queen bed suite is a terrific value for families.

Stayed at the Best Western in Burnsville as part of a wedding party. It was a very pleasant stay. The rooms are large and comfortable. They were very clean. The fitness center was nice with very modern and up to date equipment. The wireless internet worked very well. The restaurant was nice and the food was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This Best Western does NOT have a complementary breakfast, though.

After being cheap the week before, I decided to stay here to make up for it. I was not disappointed and found this hotel to be very pleasant. The staff is all around pleasant and the bar is a great place to relax after work. This is seriously the best Best Western I have ever stayed at and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

26 members of my family checked in for our nephew's wedding. We were very impressed with the level of service we received. Mitch, at the front desk, was incredible! He was there to help us with every need and/or problem.
My newest niece made the reservations for us and I will say they were first rate!
I was so impressed when one of the managers went to a couple of gas stations to get bananas for my husband's breakfast.
