Staff allowed us to check in earlier than we thought we could which was a definite plus. They were all very friendly and gave plenty of information and supplied a list of local restaurants. Only one entrance all the rest are emergency fire exits. Too big of a hotel for this. Rooms were clean and supplied with plenty of towels but only one shampoo & one bar soap? The smoking rooms are definetely smoky. Maybe an atomizer or air freshener would be an option. The smoke gets stronger when using the exhaust fan. The breakfast in the morning was satisfactory and included make your own waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, hot cocoa, juice, milk, cinnamon rolls and a varitey of hot and cold cereal. This is standard for Super 8.

we were there in Mn. for a funeral, the front desk staff were so kind to us, let the family meet after the prayer service to order and eat pizza, we cleaned up after ourselves..
what i didn't like about the room was the mattress and pillows needed to be thrown out and replaced. the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. there was no complementory lotion or hair dryer. all the staff treated us very well.
