Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are pleased to know that you found the staff to be friendly. It is our goal to exceed guests’ expectations. I am sorry that we did not satisfy you 100%. We do appreciate hearing your constructive feedback and we will utilize it to improve our property going forward. Also, keep in mind that we have select rooms with microwaves and fridges. We are currently working on a new bedding standard which should be in place soon; we will be replacing damaged bedding accordingly.

I hope that you will give us another opportunity to be your choice for lodging if you are ever in the area again.

Thank you for reviewing your stay with us. I apologize that it was not great! It is always our goal to exceed our guests' expectations; it is unfortunate that we were not able to do this for you. I will bring your comments and concerns to the attention of the staff to ensure we are following policies and relaying information to our guests in the most positive and friendly way possible. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of the entrance; we will be more diligent about monitoring and enforcing this so that smoke does not bother anyone in the future.
