“Park and Fly”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2012

This is a great hotel to park & fly! It's not as sparkling and new as some hotels but it serves its purpose very cheaply. The pool is decent for the kids and the fitness center is fine~super HOT temperature though for the fitness center. The shuttle to and from the airport is quick and easy. I recommend this hotel as a cheap and efficient park and fly hotel but not for a fun and/or nice hotel while visiting the cities.

this was the worst place i hace ever stayed. went to shower but the water was brown, front desk said dont worry thats normal in about 15 to 20 min it should clear up. black fuzzy mold in the sleeping area as well as in the bathroom around the tub. dirty towels on the floor food on the floor, wallpaper falling off the walls, the mud on the ceiling was falling off, so much dust on everything and the dusty webs all over omg the list goes on and on. dinning room was closed was told to walk over to the marriot next door. the only nice thing about this place was its location and they had 2 nice employees out of the 6 or 7 i talked to. this place does not follow hotel standards and should be investigated further by headquarters

Room Tip: dont do it

This is still a nice park and fly location but it is not as enjoyable this time of the year since the courtyard was closed which really downgrades this locations attractiveness. There was also a problem with the shuttle pickup on the return as we had to call three times and wait over a half hour, even though we were informed they would be right over. The van driver was very nice and a new van was put into service that day. The problem was that they had only one van/driver who had to make scheduled stops and pickups at the Mall of America, which really messed up calls for airport pickup. They need another van for airport shuttle service.

My son turned 10 on March 25th. I contacted the Ramada inn about staying with a block of rooms for my family. Not only did we get great rooms and rates but we also had great service. We also were able to use a room in the back of the hotel for our family to eat my sons cookie and open his presents. The location was great. We could see the Mall of America from our windows and it was within walking distance. The pool was really clean as well as the hottub and it is by far one of the biggest warmest pools I have ever been it. It wasnt too hot or too cold. It was perfect. You didnt have the shock of getting used to it u just walked right in. The bfast was excellent and since we got a package it was free! If we go back we will be staying with this hotel for every trip to the Mall. Thanks so much Ramada staff for making our stay both memorable and easy.

This hotel was very disappointing..........the hottub had sand in the bottom and was very dirty. When I went to the front desk to ask see if it would be cleaned, they told me it was no big deal, that it was only sand and they already knew about it. The bathroom was extremely small, and the grout in the tile was black.......dirty, not supposed to be that way. We asked for extra pillows, but they would not give us any. We received two complimentary breakfasts for each night we stayed, even though there were four of us. We could buy additional for a $7.99 charge, but not worth it. Cold ceral and bagels was all that was available to us. For the price, this was NOT worth it. We brought a plate back to the room for us to heat some rolls up that we purchased at the mall, it was still there two days later, and trash was not emptied during our stay, unless we did it ourselves.

We recently stayed here for a family getaway with our kids, their spouses and the grandkids. I booked two nights on hotwire and got a terrific rate. PROS: Location was excellent, within sight and an easy walk to MOA. Our 3 rooms were located on the courtyard, which was really nice as the weather was unseasonably warm. We persuaded the management to light the outdoor firepits for us, and we enjoyed sitting around them in the evenings. They also had a shuttle to the mall which was convenient. CONS: We had planned to relax by the pool the first night, but when we checked in we were informed that it was closed until the next morning. The front desk went into great detail about the vandalism that caused the closing, but was unable or unwilling to do anything to make up for it. Although we had 3 or 4 people in each of 3 rooms, they only provided 2 tickets per room for the continental breakfast.
In general, I was happy because of the excellent price. I would not stay here for full price, however. If you need a place to stay that is close to MOA, this is a good choice providing you get a deal.

Room Tip: Get a courtyard room if possible.

Was staying here on business. Apparently this used to be a Native American themed hotel Still pretty good shape, even though it is older.

Room was relatively clean.

Breakfast at restaurant very expensive.

Good location near MoA
