I guess the only good thing I can say, is it was conveniently located. It is within 5 miles of where
I wanted to be just for one night. It was fairly clean considering the furnishings were a bit dated. Had I known this was an old Budgetel I would never have considered it. For $10 additional, stay 1 mile down the road at Hawthorn Suites.

This past weekend a group of us stayed at the hotel for a bachelor party. Now when we got there we had no confirmation of are rooms, then we were put in a room with a king size bed(4 grown adults). Then we got a two bed room(it happened to be someone elses room). Finallly we got are room, left to go to the casino, we came back at 3am with the police throwing us out of the room for excessive noise( from the time 10 to 2:30am; if you paid attention we were not there. sweet time at a place that overcharges for ------- service and an overall dump.

Found the Warren, Michigan, Baymont Inn via the Internet special. At the low rate, I thought it might be horrid. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very helpful staff, and a room that was not opulent, but was certainly functional and not small. I later found out that the Baymont chain was formerly called Budgetel. Although I had never stayed in a Budgetel, I can see that they focus on essentials and service, and that's alright by me! If you want a clean place that is comfortable and has lots of work space, at a low price, this is your place. For an indoor pool, etc., try somewhere else.
