There were four of us dinning here the other night. We had a reservation for 8:15. We arrived early and went to the bar for drinks first. It was Saturday and the restaurant was some what busy.
The staff in the bar was attentive but nothing to rave about. I feel in a restaurant of this category the bar staff would be more interested in going over what they offer or is a signature drink to Ruth's Chris. You'll get better sales. Service wasn't bad just expected something a little more impressive.
Ann was our server in the dining room and she was very nice and attentive. Our food was good. I would agree with another review that the Ribeye comes out very rare. We too ordered it med-rare and it came more rare than my rare fillet. It was the first time I had seen a ribeye cooked blue. But again it was edible.
All in All it was good just nothing to rave about. I feel it is time for another remodel. The nice dinning area is small. If I come back I will not let them seat me in the back corner of the back room
There are other steak places close by that I would go to first before coming back here.
When making a reservation I would tell them you want to be in the main dinning area.
