“great location and good room! perfect for family!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2013

the hotel is right on US31 across from the bay. perfect beach is right across the street w a playground for kids. rooms and service were great, but beds were kind of uncomfortable. kids loved the pool, breakfast, and beach. but for the price in TC, it's tough to beat.

A little problem at check in with their systems but was resolved later in the day. Nice convenient location to downtown Traverse City and the Leland area. Rooms were clean and fresh, nice bedding. Price was fair for time of year and breakfast was good.

We had a nice stay in Traverse City. The hotel is across the street from the beach and a mile or so from downtown. The room was clean, but seemed small. The breakfast area was packed both mornings we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was fantastic and they made you feel like you were staying with family. The hotel was very quite and clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast and they gave us a to go bag of snack for our day trip. We would highly recommend staying at the Hampton Inn!

This hotel is very clean. The breakfast was hot and tasted great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered us maps and suggestions where to go. And the beach is right across the street! There are many places to eat within a short drive. I would recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights in August as part of a family group. We found the hotel spacious and clean with friendly and helpful employees. The room we were allocated was pleasant and the breakfast provided adequate. Would certainly use Hampton Inns again if this is the standard to be anticipated.

Gals at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, although no frig. but there was a huge hole in the bathroom door where someone punched it in. Also, the shower head was broken and made taking a shower difficult. Location was good, towels were thin, breakfast was good, walls are a little thin too. Room was not cheap ($200) so expected better.
