“Great stay!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2013 via mobile

Stayed while in town to go skiing. The front desk staff were all helpful, especially Sam. From getting me there when my gps couldn't, to giving an awesome dinner recommendation, he was a great help. Clean rooms, nice lobby, definitely will be staying here again!

Stayed night before flying out. Hotel is very close to airport. Room was smaller than I expected but has the best decor of any Hampton I've stayed. Cherry wood furniture and trim was incredible. Breakfast area was most spacious I've seen from Hampton. Staff was very friendly. On two occasions I saw them go extra mile to help guest with Hilton Honors numbers and credits. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed here for a one night cross-country skiing trip. It was clean, comfortable and a great price. We had reserved a single queen room and were upgraded to a king. Also the water pressure was great in the shower.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn this past July for several nights. There are so many hotels in this area, but for the price and location, it can't be beat! The rooms are updated and the beds comfortable. Also, we all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet.

Very clean and updated room. The staff here was fabulous. Check-in took about a min! and checking out not much longer. The location is in a nice area and not too far from downtown. Our room had coffee, fridge, hairdryer etc..... The beds are a bit hard but clean and warm. Great movie selection although 15.00 for a movie always seems a bit much. Overall we truly enjoyed our roadtrip to Traverse.

What else can I say, we love staying at the Hampton Inns whenever we get a chance, and the one in TC is no exception, great location, great service, we'll definitely stay here again. Close to many of the attractions this area has to offer.

The Hampton is well located across the road from the bay, about a mile or so from downtown Traverse City. Nice hotel, rooms well appointed, trimmed in dark cherry, which looks modern. The only thing the rooms lacked were microwaves and refrigerators to keep our snacks in. The walls between rooms were a little thin. I could hear someone in the next room yawn in the morning while everything was still quiet in our room. Friendly staff, included breakfast featuring eggs & bacon one morning and french toast and sausage the next; oatmeal, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads and pastries also. Great 24 hour coffee/tea bar in the lobby. Would definitely recommend.
