“Good beer, super wild mushroom pizza.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2014

Great service. Decent prices and the wild mushroom pizza was worth the trip to town. Parking was a tad tight but again worth the effort.

“Good food, beer and service. ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2014

Went with the wife and kids to this restaurant. Got the artichokes and calamari as appetizers for the table. They were both incredible. I got the triple meat pizza which was just great. The wife got the ribs which was also great. Kids enjoyed the trout fish sticks. They enjoyed the fish shapes of their food. Oh an the cherry beer was awesome. It is a tart beer with a great flavor. It's not over powering and somewhat light.

“Sadly Just Average The One Time I Was There.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2014

It was a dark and rainy night. The aroma was wonderful going in. The place was filled with people but not crowded. My girlfriend and I were hoping for a table in the area what had a TV as a game was on. Instead we were escorted to an uncrowded side and except for one other table filled with people were the only people seated in that side. When the waiter was there he paid attention to us, but sometimes we didn't see him for lengthy periods of time.

The beer descriptions sounds good, but we never found a beer we truly liked. My girlfriend never finished her's and mine lingered at half full for most of the meal. I don't recall seeing the option for a flight of beers or being able to ask for samples. You should ask for that if you're unfamiliar with their beers. I wish I had as I'm sure there was a flavor and style I would have liked, but I just didn't find it. The food was the best part of the meal and we had no issues concerning the quality.

Part of the problem was we didn't state our preferences ahead of time. Perhaps the TV area was already full and we needed to be seated elsewhere. Perhaps you can ask for samples or there is a flight available so multiple beers can be tasted before committing to a full pint. If I've in Traverse City I would go back again if only for the food, but I would inquire about a few things first to make sure I have a great experience.

“Once You Find Parking . . . ENJOY!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2014

Our group of seven arrived at the very beginning of their cherry festival. Parking was difficult even though we were able to be seated right away since the lot is shared by many businesses. We chose to sit outdoors but wouldn’t recommend this if you aren’t ready to sit in direct sun. It would be great if they had umbrellas for those outside at lunch. Still, the food was great and the service was as well.

“Noisy”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2014

I don't care for restaurants that try to create the feeling that they are busy. This place does that. I had a pizza that was not cooked well. The this crust was soft. Don't think we will go back.
