Though the owner was very polite and welcoming, the facility was not what I had hoped. We had a small room furthest away from the office. The free WiFi did not work in the room. I had to sit outside to get even a weak signal. The room itself was small and very dirty. (cobwebs/spider webs in the corners at floor level.) The carpet needed cleaning. There was no shampoo available and linens and towels were thin and well worn. There was no ice available and no breakfast of any kind. There was however a refrigerator and extra sink in the room. We were in walking distance to several restaraunt options and a Dairy Queen.
