“Worth the stop. Fantastic food. Stellar service.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2013

Don't expect "sports bar" food! The menu is extensive and creative. Something for everyone here! The Butternut Chorizo Bisque is amazing. Served with homemade cornbread. Nice on a cold winter day. The atmosphere offers equal and balanced parts. A quiet dining room for the older set, along with a fun, laid back bar for the younger and more social. Lots of locals and good times to be had. If you want to watch sports, this is the spot. 6 modern clear, large format T.V.s, with a staff that will find the game you want to see. There are folks watching English soccer.....Soccer!!! If you are in Suttons Bay, this is the hot spot!!!!

“Not impressed.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2013

New Years Eve Day: I came for a hamburger. It wasn't much. Big, yes, but not very good beef, and pretty tasteless. I also sampled the 'baked brie', which in the chef's eyes meant: "whack off a wedge of brie, through some pepper jelly on it, and warm it in the oven. Fry up a few pieces of pita bread, and dump them on the dish. Then charge the customer to sit in a cold, cheerless, somewhat noisy room and eat. My rating: unremarkable.

“PLEASANT SURPRISE”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 24, 2012

A vast improvement has taken place here after the first week being open this summer.
New chef + new menu = success !
Christmas eve and snowing in the Village I just could not help but stop in for
a bowl of Poblano White Chicken Chili with homemade corn bread and a Bell's Two Hearted Ale. Excellent !
Make sure to stop in if you are in the area.

“A Hidden Gem!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2012

With a new chef and new menu this is fine dining at its best. Do not let the sports bar motif deceive you - the dining room is where it is at. Our dinner greatly exceeded our expectations. Outstanding!
