Be prepared to wait for your table. Granted, we were there at 6 pm on the Saturday of Harborfest, but we waited for 75 minutes for our table. Fortunately, we were able to get a couple of bottles of cold water at the drug store, so we could relax outside Clementine's, watching people as we waited.
We were seated at a comfortable booth in a large spacious room. We were happy to see that there were large tables (seating 8-10) and that the restaurant was used to dealing with parties with children (so we could give a positive report to some friends who do have kids). The restaurant was full, and we had no problem with noise.
I had the mess of perch, which was excellent. My partner had a steak, which was also very good. They give you plenty of food for your meal, so you won't leave hungry.
The only thing that dampened our evening was the rain falling when we left. Fortunately, the drug store saved us again. We bought two umbrellas so we could walk home with some protection from the rain. :) We are looking forward to eating at Clementine's again when we return to South Haven.
