We traveled with a 2 and a half year old toddler and an eight month old. It rained most of the time we were here, but we did spend two mornings at the Curious Kids' Museum. I have to say, it is nothing like the Dupage Children's museum at home and I'm not sure I would have felt it was worth it if I'd had to pay to go. However, my kids really enjoyed it and asked to go back again the next day. Silver Beach is a nice clean family friendly beach. If you park by the beach it costs eight dollars, but if you park downtown and walk down all the steps, it is free. The town looks cute, but due to all the rain we didn't really spend any time walking around. We had a quiet relaxing time and would go back again.
