Modest room, clean but nice, economical but great location near Lake Michigan. Staff helpful. Breakfast was simple, not much fruit but nice.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Convenient location, friendly and helpful service, clean and comfortable. One of the more affordable hotels in a pricey tourist market.

I'm sorry but that hotel just smells like mold, concrete, and cheap plyboard. It gets worse: I found a diaper floating in the pool..called the person on duty when I got back to my room and she laughed and said "ok" before hanging up. The maintenence man came pounding on my door 10 min later and was angry, and kept saying " there aint no diaper in the pool" and that I could get him in trouble...I honestly didnt feel comfortable staying there any longer so I left. In other words, I dont reccomend staying here.

The hotel itself on the outside was nice and clean and so was are room, we noticed a couple of things that needed to be repaired and forward them to the morning desk clerk as there was burn marks on the tile of the bathroom floor and water leak marks on the ceiling in the room above the bed that could or might be potential damage if let go, Also when booking rooms thru the 1800 was told that this location had a ARCADE it doesn't and it doesn't have any Internet Access so it was a little bit of a let down when your traveling with children, also there contential breakfast needs alittle improving as it doesnt offer much like other surrounding hotels. The best part of the trip was the desk clerk that checked me in her name was Karen very nice and friendly big asset to the company..
