“Good times”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2014

We were here for drinks and peanuts. Nice afternoon spent with friends and cold beer. Lots of peanuts eaten with the shells tossed on the floor. Staff was great, never had an empty glass. Great location downtown Petoskey. It is remarkably dark inside however.

“Crowded and Average Food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2014

Tables are crammed together, people at the tables next to you have to move for you to get to your table. Food is just average, nothing special. We meant to eat here last year and missed it, wished we had missed it again this year. On the plus side it does not matter if you go in to eat still wearing you snowboarding gear right from the hills.

“Cool place to eat and drink”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2014

We stopped in on a snowy cold 1/7. We were greeted with a wave and a hello from the bartender and was told we could sit anywhere. The place was filled but no wait. We picked a table in the middle of the dining area and was treated well by our waitress. I had the walleye dinner, The fish was battered and fried and was delicious. It came with fries and garlic toast. My Brother in law had the chicken Caesar salad. He enjoyed it but said the chicken was a little dry. The pub as a nice a atmosphere and a cool looking bar area.

“Cozy Atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2014

Of all of the times I've been to Petoskey, I just recently tried Mitchell Street Pub in December 2013. It has a very cozy, rustic atmosphere especially for winter dining. I am a vegan and sometimes have a very limited selection when dining out. They actually had several healthy options on the menu. Portions were very good, food and drinks were great. Would definitely return on my next visit to Petoskey!

“Favorite place in Petoskey”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2014

Good food, average service. The place is usually busy but you can get a good pub style meal for a reasonable price. One of our favorite stops any time of year.
