When you first walk in it seems like a homey little place, nothing fancy. Everything was extremely over priced. Dinner rolls were ice cold. Ordered oysters rockefeller for and appetizer. It was very good but but 6 for $15 was a little much. For dinner I ordered crab cakes. It was $25 and the cakes were the size of breakfast sausage patties and just as thin and flavorless. Came with a side of mashed potatoes that was just slopped on the plate. A friend I was eating with ordered a side salad which was not even a hand full of plain lettus topped with two or three pieces of melon- weird. They seemed like they are trying to be a gourmet restaurant with high prices to match. Food is mediocre setting is a bit strange and you defiantly do not get your money's worth. I'm from Chicago, maybe I just have higher standards in resturants.
