Paradise is a rural town in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. It doesn't have any big name restaurants or many well known hotels but it does have charm and everybody's friendly. Paradise is a good central location to stay in if you are planning to go to Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point, Whitefish Bay or one of the nearby Michigan State Parks. If you're camping in the state parks Paradise is a good place to find firewood and light supplies. Gas is available but pricey. It's a beautiful area that's worth the visit. Just make sure you bring plenty of mosquito repellent and citronella.
