Very small and personal in an incredibly beautiful, ramshackle medieval buliding. Food is excellent and there are lots of surprise and delights during the meal, such as cheese lollies and little asparagus mousses. Foie Gras to die for - forget all your moral scruples. I think you need to book in advance - we did as we were staying at the hotel, which is also brilliant.
