The service was good but when I asked for onions with my hash-browns I thought they would be cooked with the potatoes not a pile of raw onions on top. What's up with that! The waitress took my plate back to kitchen, scraped them back onto the grill and returned my plate. Toast, eggs and sausage were cold and sausage was barely cooked either. Two minutes later waitress brought the hash-browns back on a separate dish with the onions not cooked much more than they were the first time. Potatoes were more than firm. Raw was more like it.
Again, service was good. Everyone friendly, cheerful and nice smiles. All this place needs is a new cook. I know it's hard to find good help but in today's employment market a restaurant can afford to makes important changes such as this. Bob Evan's on Apple certainly cannot afford NOT to.
