This hotel has potential. It is right in the middle of a most picturesque town in Alsace, a place to spend many days! The down side is the rooms are small and the wifi doesn't work.the staff did not go out of their way to rectify this situation.

Room Tip: Don't choose one with a pole in the middle and rear sided ones don't hear the church bells a...

The location of this hotel s excellent, just of the main drag. Rooms are cosy but well equipped. The reception is friendly and welcoming with a good understanding of English. There is secure parking but I would recommend booking ahead as there are not many spaces.

What a great place to stay in Ribeauville. This is a great little place to stay and is inexpensive, clean and breakfast is great. The hotel is right on one of the city squares and a few feet from shopping, wine stores and restaurants. This is a quaint Alsatian hotel not a big chain so adjust your expectations accordingly. The staff was pleasant and helpful, English is spoken most everywhere in the village. We were driving so it was extra great that they had easy parking for us at the hotel.

Fantastic location next to Town Hall with limited parking.Family owned and run hotel with very clean if smallish rooms, good conti breakfast, but no other food service. Not a big problem as several places to eat within 100 metres.
Owners speak excellent English & very helpful - even recommending & booking the next hotel on our journey for us.

Hotels in the centre of European historic old towns are very pleasant because one can walk from the hotel to all the places one wishes to visit.
The main problem is often that there is no available parking in the vicinity.
This hotel has its own secured parking and only charges 6 euro a day.
The room we had is ok, though a bit old-fashionned.
Refurbishing the bathrooms would be a good idea.
Both the room, the bed and the bathroom were clean.
Good sleep quality.
Average breakfast.
Friendly service.

We stayed in this hotel more by default than anything else (arrived late and other, better rated, places were full), and it wasn't terrible but it was the worst place we've stayed in in the region. The room decoration was tired, carpet stained, bath towels a bit torn and generally I didn't feel that my 96€ was well spent. Breakfast at 9€ was also a bad deal. Wouldn't recommend this as a place to stay but not sure there are sufficient alternatives in town, which is a shame because the town itself is picturesque.

The hotel's front door opens onto the town square - near the church/clock tower and municipal police station. However, if you're driving and want to get their parking area, it's a bit of a maze.

Once at the hotel, you'll find a small dining room and the continental breakfast buffet has meager offerings. There is a small common area as well and even a sitting area near the hidden parking area. That sitting area is a nice place to relax but will be disturbing to those with rooms whose windows face it (as did mine). The room itself is nice - high quality sheets and a soft mattress (bed is more like a futon).

The hotel is close to all the shops and restaurants so there's no need to be stuck in your room all day.
