“Just Bad Service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed November 14, 2013

Go support someone else. I've spent a lot of time in Central America, and am used to the difference in customer service between home and away. But this place just irked me. Sitting around a table of 4 people. Ordered some drinks. Would have happily stay and had more, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to come to the table. 2 of us decided to go elsewhere so we just left our share of the bill with friends, and then had our waiter chase after us down the street. Haha, so that's how you get his attention. Anyway boo to this place. Also, their lasagna consists of loose noodles in ketchup. It is sickening!

“Once, not twice.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2013

Ambiance is relaxed, which is good. Prices are average to cheap. Food is not good, just to fill you up while you take a Flor de Caña. Service is not good, be careful when you order something because with any mistake you make, they will charge you the highest from the options in the menu, definitely it will be on favor of the restaurant and not you. Manager not responding, and the credit card machine "is not working now"... so they force you to pay in cash. Will not come back.

Food was ok and not too pricey, drinks good too, but it was impossible to get the attention of the staff and to order or pay...

“Good place to hang out”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2013

We went here twice and really enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere. Their menu includes a lot but we stuck the Nicaraguan fare and werent disappointed. We also liked that the menu explains some of the history behind the food and they seem to strive to connect tourists and locals which we saw when we went to a trivia night there. There were a lot of tourists but most teams including ours were mixed between locals and tourists. We went back because we knew we could count on a fun atmosphere with good food and service at a good price.

The only negative is they dont take credit card.

“Menu Is Too big To Maintain”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013

This place has a huge menu, but they didn't have 3 of the things we tried to order. After having my selections turned down one after another, I settled for a pineapple licuado, which was very tasty and well-priced, but I won't be rushing back - especially because the smell of sewage washing over the seating area caused me to leave as quickly as possible.
