My partner and I stayed stayed at the Palm Tree for 3 nights in April 2013 and had a wonderful time. The rooms are spacious (king size bed as standard) and reasonably priced. The hotel is ideally situated on the beach and main road but we had no problem with noise as the hotel is set back slightly from the road. The food is excellent and we ate in the restaurant every night which is not something we normally do but the extensive menu was too good to miss. The home made pies are the best I have tasted in the Philippines and the lobster is very reasonably priced. A new manager has been appointed since we last stayed here in 2012 and the improvements since then are obvious.
The only downside to this hotel is the cleanliness of the sea which of course is no fault of the hotel.
