Neeru Guest house is clean, has plenty of room and has the best didi of the region! We arragned together a New Year Eve's celebrations with a bonfire, local dishes and beverages. Has my recommendations!

After a tiring day of hiking, this guesthouse and specially, her sweet owner, were paradise for us! The guesthouse is located in the main street of Marpha and has a lovely patio with plants and flowers around which the rooms are located. The dining area is really cozy and the best deal are the home made meals prepared by the owner and her daughter! The Indian vegetable curry with rice, the pakodas and the Mexican burritos were the highlights of the menu! A very recommended guesthouse in a extremely beautiful Nepali village!

We particularly liked this guesthouse in beautiful Marpha. The lady owner was very friendly and open and gave us ideas of how to enjoy Marpha (best tip was to slow down and really enjoy ourselves). She gave us welcome unbiased advice which helped us plan our trip. Rooms are as comfortable as any on the Annapurna circuit overlooking an Apple Orchard and we had lots of hot water. Food was great, the restaurant cosy and had games including Darts and Jenga. Stay for more than one night; you won't regret it. Marpha is stunning.

I stayed at Neeru Guest House at the beginning of the trekking season (September 2012). My guide had recommended the place & I certainly wasn't disappointed.

The kitchen is super clean and the food that comes out of it is delicious. I did have to wait a wee while for the food to come, but I was in no hurry and it gave me the chance to try some excellent apple and apricot brandy. The food was well worth the wait. In fact, some other trekkers came to eat here after hearing raving reviews.

My room was also spotless and I had the shower (shared shower in the courtyard) that had warm/hot water - this is rare on the Annapurna Circuit at this time of year as the cloud cover makes it difficult to for the solar panels to get enough sun.

The lady that runs Neeru was a delight - she had time to chat the following day before I had to push on to Larjung to do the challenging (up - down) day trip to the Dhaulagiri icefall.

Highly recommended! Not a bad word to say about the place.

From Cloudcatcher

Room Tip: I was down in the far corner in the courtyard. Most pleasant.

Stayed at Neeru Guest House for a couple of nights after Annapurna circuit. The rooms are clean, the garden is charming, the food is good and the apple crumble is fantastic.

Above all was the service which always made us feel welcomed and at home. Would have easily stayed another night or two had I had the spare time

Although I didn't stay here, I had the pleasure of tasting some of the fine choices of dessert they had to offer. The apple pie and the apple crumble were the best I had in the Annapurna region. Perhaps next time I will rent a room and give a more comprehensive review.
