While this is a nice, new hotel, it is way way way overpriced! As a previous reviewer had shared, beware of noise from the room above yours unless you are on the top floor. All the complimentary things that others have shared about this hotel are true. The place is just way overpriced! Also, don't be fooled into thinking there is anything at all to see out the windows of the rooms with the "historic city view." There's nothing to see from those "historic city view" rooms other than your car in the parking lot. My wife and I travel extensively, including to the Chicago area where comperable rooms don't cost anywhere near as much as rooms here. I'm not sure what makes the owners of this hotel think their rooms can command such high rate? I don't get it for the life of me. If you havent been to Marquette before, there are lots and lots of other nice hotels in the Marquette area that don't charge an arm and a leg!
